Hey everybody !

These four weeks have been great here in slovenia!
Today we visited VDC - the center for disabled person and we played
music and i think that everyone liked it. We visit every friday VDC center.
The children have been coming here to villa cira cara three or four times a week
and we play with them and take good care of them. We also have a small project
in the garage trying to get a comfortable place so that young people can come
and spend there free time. We have also been bled which was a really nice place
and we went to the capital, which was also a great place. I put pictures next time :)
Greetings to Finland if anyone reading this :)

Hi all of you!

January is almost over, time flies!

Our Here we go again!-project is going strong :) Markus, Sanna and Harri are in Slovenia, Markus already did his first blog post, soon we will hear about Harri and Sanna.

We also got regards from Sweden. You can read Linnea's thoughts about returning home from the  previous post. Nice to hear from her :) She was interviewed to Swedish radio, we will post the interview link, when it's published.

Our EVS-team is doing the first preparations concerning the period when volunteers from Ireland come to Lahti. Arts and craft and environment (you might also hear using the word Reppu) workshops are writing programs and planning what will the period contain in the spring.

And! Next youngsters going to Slovenia in the beginning of March are Jonna and Pauliina! They will do their presentations soon :)

More later on!

My final blog post

Hello again!

I have now been home in Gothenburg for about five weeks and it feels really nice to be back. I have started working and it's going great. I learn new things every day :)

I love to travel and have always dreamed of living abroad in a warm country. And my wish to do so has grown even bigger after my EVS-period.  Maybe I can study abroad whenever I have figured out what I want to study or work as an aupair or work with something else, we will see.. I will just have to wait and see what the future brings :)

I’m glad that I was able to be an EVS-volunteer, it has given me so much that are useful both now and later on. I feel that I have grown as a person and I have discovered new things about myself. I have challenged myself and stepped out of my comfort zone and because of that I got to experience and learn new things.

I don't feel that I have that much more to write about so I will finish my last blogpost by saying thanks to everyone involved in this EVS-Project! It was a great experience.
