Why I'm went to Finland?
I’m going to Finland because I want too have new experiences. I haven’t been in Finland or worked in another country. I want to see the world, so Finland is a good start!!

What are you expecting for your time in a foreign country?
I was expecting people to be afraid to talk to me because I am a foreigner... But it was'nt so bad i met some really good people and got to see most of Lahti, but i would like to see more of Finland, like the nature and the countryside.

Is there something you find exciting?
 I found the idea of being in a different country exciting and this meant everyday would be different and not the same, this made everything interesting.

What are your hobbies? What kind of stuff are you interested in?
I like to go out in the evenings and see the nightlife, I also love to cycle as I do it everyday at home, in my spare time I like to hike, which i have'nt done in Finland as there is only little hills!

What is the most important thing you're going to stow with you? 
My phone.

What would you like to tell about your homeland to people you'll meet in your destination?
I want to learn about the finnish people's ways and how they are different from irish people, I told them about Irish culture and how different it is from finnish culture, and it what ways it is the same.

What do you wish for your future? What is your dream?
I really want to travel the world and see the most interesting places in it and now Finland is off my list!!

What I have experience my time in Finland?
I have experience alot of positive vibe and good friendship. I have also experinece the culture and how to be a people person and to be more understanding.

Is there something that I find exciting?
I found everything new very exciting but the most stand out thing is the level of engagement with the people of Finland when you communicate with them


What are my hobbies? what kind of stuff am I interested in?
My hobbies are listening to music, dancing and going for walk, cycling and cooking.  I also interested in going to gym and playing football.


What is the most important thing I am going to take with me?
What I like to take back to Ireland with me will be the experience and the different lifestyle I have gain and the understand that not everything I know is right but there is more to life to what I already know.


What would I like tell about  Ireland to people of Finland?
 Ireland is just as beautiful as Finland but much cheaper with same level of quality.  Ireland is also peaceful and very calm and is a place  that you would feel like home regards of where you are from.

What do I wish for my future? What is my dream?
I hope and plan to be a youth worker and my dream is to be able to assist and support young people and their family in the coming years.

I would like to improve my Finnish, this is a good experience for me that also can be used in the future.

To see a new part of Finland since I have only been in the northern Finland. To meet new people and learn new things.

I like to watch TV-series for example The Vampire Diaries and others, I like hanging with friends and I like to read.

An open mindset and my phone

What would I like tell about  Sweden to people I'll meet in Finland?
I don't really know but if anyone have questions I will try to answer them. I live in Gothenburg, the second largest city in Sweden.

What do I wish for my future? What is my dream?
I would like to study or work abroad in a warm country in the future.

Why I'm going to Finland?
One of the main reasons why I to go to Finland is to gain new experiences, to see things I've maybe never seen, to do things I've maybe never done. The second reason is meeting new people, creating new friendships, changing the environment I live in and to “expand my horizons“ a little bit.

I expect adventure, to learn something new, get to know even more about Finnish culture and everything written above.

Is there something that you find exciting?
Nothing in particular. I believe that everything can be exciting if you make it that way.

My hobbies would be singing and reading books. I'm interested in many different things, because I know that there are so many things I would like to experience and learn. I can't expose nothing in particular, because I'm very open to do stuff I've never done before, and learn new things.

The most important thing I will take with me is my optimism, smile and a will to gain new experiences.


What would you like to tell about your homeland to people you'll meet in your destination?
Anything they would like to know about, maybe break some stereotypes about Slovenian people if there are any.

 I don't know what to expect, I don't even know what exactly I want for my future, because I believe we are making our own destinies. I've always dreamed about finishing my college, settling down, having a family and travelling around the world.

Why I'm going to Finland?
I'm going to Finland to improve my English, to meet new people, to gain new working experiences and learn something about Finnish culture.

What are you expecting for your time in foreign country?
To enjoy in every single activity and to be surrounded by optimistic people. 

Is there something that you find exciting?
Changing the environment, to get along with co-workers, smiling at the workplace as much as possible. I would really love to see the capital city and visit my Finnish friends there.

What are your hobbies? What kind of stuff are you interested in?
My hobbies are sport, reading books, listening to music, watching good movies.

What is the most important thing you're going to take with you?
Positive Slovenian energy and attitude.

What would you like to tell about your homeland to people you'll meet in your destination?
That Slovenia has a lot of beautiful highlights, a lot of nature, that we are very opened and talkative.

What you wish for your future? What is your dream?
To work in a global company and maintain my financial stability, also to improve my German language, to improve my “peaceful state of mind”, to be happy as much as possible, to buy new apartment and to have a family.

Why I'm going to Slovenia?
I'm going to Slovenia because I want to have new experiences. I haven't been in Slovenia or worked in another country. I also want to meet new people and see what's every day life in Slovenia like.

What are you expecting for your time in a foreign country?
I'm expecting to see beautiful Slovenian nature. I have heard that it is stunning. I also expect to become better English speaker in foreign country.

Is there something you find exciting?
I find working another country exiting. And also I'm exited to use English more.

IWhat are your hobbies? What kind of stuff are you interested in?
I'm interested in many things. I do yoga, run and meditate. I'm very creative person so I most of the time paint, draw or shoot pictures with my camera and edit pictures. Most of my paintings and photos are gothic because I'm very in to goth subculture and goth is what I am. I'm also interested of metal music and goth music, science, pagan religions, conspiracy theories and psychic powers.

My camera.

About finnish language and old pagan culture of Finland.

I wish to become my greatest version. I also dream to publish my action comics, make epic animation movies of them in future and have great time and future with my boyfriend.

Why I'm going to Slovenia? 
 Traveling has always been an interest for me, so when I heard that I could go living and working in Slovenia for two months, it sounded like a way too good opportunity to miss. Also I can't wait to get to know some Slovenian language and culture.

What are you expecting for your time in a foreign country?

I want to gain new experiences and meet new people. And I want to practice my English.

Is there something you find exciting?

I´m waiting to explore the village that we are staying in and see the mountains and nature. Also it will be fascinating just to see some differences between cultures in everyday life.

 I read a lot, watch movies, play videogames etc. I´m interested about science and technology.

Why I'm going to Slovenia?
I'm going to Slovenia so I could see a new culture I could get new experiences and I could learning something new and be to use the English language.

I belive that everything is going to be a bit exciting because everything is little new.

Finland is safe country to live in. We celebrated in mid-summer celebration named juhannus when the sun does not set.

Why I'm going to Ireland?
 I've always liked the thought that I could be working in a foreign country and now I got the chance to do so!
Also the time is just right for me and one month in Ireland seems ideal.

What are you expecting for your time in foreign country?
Getting to know my host-city / country, learning about the culture and history. Meeting new people and hopefully get some amazing friends.

Is there something that you find exciting?
Learning new things, expanding my comfort zone and finding new experiences. Meeting other people and traveling to new places.

What are your hobbies? What kind of stuff are you interested in?
Im interested in history, music and all kind of artsy stuff. My hobbies include photography, movies, videogames and jogging.

What is the most important thing you're going to stow with you?
My DSLR camera.

What would you like to tell about your homeland to people you'll meet in your destination?
We have no polar bears but instead we have a very beautiful nature all year long. People are highly educated, multilingual people and overall smart. And if you ever visit Finland, a sauna near the lake is a must visit!

In the future I'll hope to land a good job or get into school. Dream is to start a company / work project with my friends.

Why I'm going to Ireland?
I was told that there's possible to go to Ireland for a month on the job training. I was so exciting about that, so I wanted to go there.

What are you expecting for your time in foreign country?
To meet new people and to gain experience. Also I want to learn about a new culture and practise my english.

Is there something that you find exciting?
Traveling and meeting new people.

What are your hobbies? What kind of stuff are you interested in?
My hobbies are drawing, reading and cosplay. I'm interested different cultures, Japanese culture on the top at the moment.

What is the most important thing you're going to stow with you?
Laptop and my drawing tablet.

What would you like to tell about your homeland to people you'll meet in your destination?
We have a very beautiful nature and there's kind and friendly people. We have sauna which is most important thing to Finns.

I wish that I get to police school and have a job as a police officer. Also I wish that I live a good, long life with my girlfriend.
